Return Policy

Twenty day money back guarantee from the date of shipment. We are confident that your purchase will surpass your expectations. Non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee.  Please contact us to receive a return authorization number. This number should be placed on the original sales slip and the outside shipping label.   Once your return authorization has been approved, full details and instructions will be provided.

All returns must be accompanied with all contents from original shipment (including certificates, jewelry boxes, free gifts, and all other promotional items) to our returns department.

Do not write any jewelry related words on the outside of the box or the shipping label. We can not be responsible for items stolen during return shipping. Double box the item and insure for the full value with a signature upon receipt. A delivery confirmation will not suffice as this can not assure that the package was indeed received by someone.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for return shipping costs. Any order refused or sent back without an RMA # by the recipient will be charged a 15% handling fee.
